Co-op is committed to improving the systems and services that support you – our valued members. Some of our systems will have real-time credit authorization implemented in 2026.
What does this mean for you? Each Cardlock transaction will be approved based on your current available credit account balance. This enhancement will help protect you from unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account and ensure secure, accurate account management.
To limit any disruptions to your account by this change, we encourage our members to review their current credit limit, which can be found on your monthly statement, and confirm that it accurately reflects your typical or highest monthly needs.
