What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and support the grocery team
• Oversee daily store operations and merchandising standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage staffing: recruitment, training, and performance
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and product presentation
• Support budgeting, reporting, and financial targets
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

What You Bring
3+ years of food retail experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid organizational and problem-solving ability
A collaborative, team-first mind set
