Health & Safety Coordinator

Help keep our teams safe, supported, and in compliance with a boots on the ground approach.

What you’ll do
• Lead and maintain our Safety Management System (SMS)
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
• Support and guide WSH committees and safety representatives
• Develop and update safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans
• Coordinate and schedule safety training for team members
• Track, document, and report safety incidents and compliance requirements

What you bring
• Experience in health & safety (retail or multi-site is an asset) or willing to learn
• Knowledge of safety systems, compliance, and incident management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through
• Safety certification or training (preferred)
• A practical, team-focused approach
