About the Role
- Lead, coach, and develop team of over 40 great team members
- Oversee daily food store operations and fresh departments
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage budgets, reporting, and merchandising standards

Who You Are
- 3+ years of food retail experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Community-minded and customer-focused
