Co-op Ag Equipment is seeking a LOGISTICS SHIPPER/RECEIVER at MINIOTA MB

What you’ll do:

Under the direction of the Ag Equipment Manager, and in consultation with the Ag Equipment Sales and Bin crew team ensure the logistics are performed to support customer service satisfaction. This will include inventory control, package assembly, inventory control, dispatch, customer service contact as well as day to day operations and coordination.

Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.

• Inventory Management
• Responsible for sourcing parts, materials, and equipment to support Bin Crew team
• Ability to interpret and verify timelines and construction plans to ensure all product and materials and equipment are on site.
• Ensure the assembly of sales packages for contracts sold
• Responsible to ensure permits are applied for, and will assess logistics of route and hazards
• Perform or ensure necessary maintenance is maintained on trucks and equipment.
• Perform Shipping and Receiving duties
• Keep clean and safe jobsites, vehicles, and equipment

Who you are:

You possess at least 3 years Agricultural industry experience and knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures

• Class 1 is required
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Ability to multi-task, with excellent communication skills to work with partners in the industry including all Agro teams, @CoopAgEquip team, provincial and municipal road authorities, MB Hydro
• Customer service focused, works well in a team environment and with our members.
• Ability to work hours other than those considered normal to meet seasonal demands.
• Ability to participate in required training that as it relates to the requirements of the position.
