Twin Valley Co-op is hiring a Home Centre Manager to lead day-to-day Home & Building Solutions operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in retail and values community, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and support the Home Centre Team
• Oversee daily store operations and merchandising standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage staffing: recruitment, training, and performance
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and product presentation
• Support budgeting, reporting, and financial targets
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What You Bring
• 3+ years of prior retail experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Solid organizational and problem-solving ability
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Commitment to safety, accountability, and results
