• AGRO YARD HAND running blender fertilizer system, loading, and unloading trucks, transferring fertilizer within the yard, delivering seed and chemical
• SEASONAL FLOATER OPERATION operating floater (granular fertilizer broadcaster), navigating crop fields, calibrating floater, knowing proper rates of fertilizer
• TRUCK DRIVING - CLASS 1 or 3 delivering fertilizer to floaters with tandems, operating grain auger

RESPONSIBILTIES:
These skill areas support the day-to-day operations of our Agro operations. This includes, sales and delivery of crop inputs and crop protection products, load/unload products, performing housekeeping/maintenance, administration duties as needed and complying with safety standards. Work hours will include overtime as required throughout the busy season.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Class 5 driver’s license required. Forklift experience an asset.
• Must be physically capable of lifting (55+lbs), bending, kneeling, walking, shoveling, etc.
• Experience in agriculture and/ or farm operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills, willing to work outdoors.

HOURS:
• Monday to Friday; off season Extended hours and overtime is required during peak season.
