MARKETING/ADMIN ASSISTANT
24-32 Hours per week

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Marketing & Office Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic. The role of marketing is a creative communications role with both internal customers (our departments) and external customers (communities, organizations and membership). The admin role will support the successful operation of Twin Valley’s retail locations through assistance with finance and other administrative tasks.
Duties will vary from day to day but a snapshop into a day in the life may include:
Marketing: - Assist with growth of the Kids Club, Internal and External events, Social Media, Fun Fund, Brand, enhancing Internal and External Communication methods, Employee Rewards and Recognition!
Administration: - Assist with transfers, statements, ordering and inventory of supplies, customer inquiries, phone calls, memos, etc.

Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting with related Computer, marketing or relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of teamwork, ability to work without supervision, detail oriented and highly conscientious
- Office hours are Monday – Friday with some occasional weekend needs for events.
- Wage - $18.00 + depending on experience.
